1. Program Commitment

Longevity Glow™ is a 12-month, high-touch consulting program designed to provide personalized skin guidance and professional support. Due to the nature of the program and limited enrollment, all sales are final.

2. Payment Terms

You may choose to pay in full or via a 12-month payment plan. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Missed payments may result in paused access to services.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of this program and the time reserved for each client, there are no refunds. If you're unsure whether this program is right for you, please reach out or schedule a discovery call before purchasing.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Consultations and coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.

5. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that Longevity Glow™ is a coaching and consulting program, not a medical service. Any recommendations provided are educational and intended to support, not replace, care from licensed medical professionals.

6. Confidentiality

Your personal and skin-related information will be handled with care and never shared without your consent. Respect for your privacy is a core value of this program.
